repositories created even when /home/git/ doesn't exist · @tangled.sh/core

hi! i encountered this while setting up my own knot to mess around with. repro steps: 1. set up a knot on a machine that doesn't have `/home/git/` directory 2. try to create a repository through the tangled ui expected behavior: - repository creation should fail entirely if the git directory can't be created actual behavior: - you get this error on the server: ``` time=2025-03-03T20:02:00.045Z level=ERROR msg="initializing bare repo" handler=NewRepo error="mkdir /home/git: permission denied" ``` - the repository entry still gets created in `sh.tangled.repo` - you can even create multiple entries for repos with the same name (i've made three repos with the same name while testing this lol)
